National Practice
Close Attention
I am a drug injury attorney with a national litigation practice representing patients and their families in drug injury lawsuits, including patient death cases, for the past 25 years.
Other lawyers have recognized me (that is, my peers) as practicing law at the highest level of professional experience in terms of legal ability and ethical standards — which is indicated by an AV® Preeminent™ 5.0 out of 5 rating (highest classification) rating from the Martindale-Hubbell® Lawyer Directory.
Also, I received the Martindale-Hubbell® Client Distinction Award, which recognizes excellence for:
- Quality of Service
- Overall Value
- Responsiveness
- Communication Ability
I have been interviewed by The National Law Journal, CBS Nightly News, The New York Times, and Forbes, as well as by other journalists working in print and on TV, concerning various drug injury cases.
I was first licensed to practice law in California back in 1988. Later I received law licenses in the District of Columbia and North Carolina.
My first job out of law school was as a defense attorney representing insurance companies and other corporate clients. This experience let me see how things are done on the “other side”, so to speak.
After that, I worked for several years at one of the nation’s leading plaintiffs’ law firms. There I learned to represent people as clients in product liability cases around the country.
In 1996 I started the Law Offices of Thomas J. Lamb, where we only represent people as plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases. Over the years we have successfully handled drug injury lawsuits for many people from all parts of the United States.
I enjoy the coastal lifestyle, which in large part is why my law firm is located in Wilmington, North Carolina, near Wrightsville Beach.
If I can be of assistance to you as your drug injury attorney, please feel free to contact me about your case or use one of our online Case Evaluation forms. You will find that (unlike many legal websites) we use a specific questionnaire form for each different type of case in order to make clear the type of facts and information that we need to effectively evaluate your potential case. I am usually able to reply no later than the next business day to any Case Evaluation form you submit to us.
